Why Get Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is done in conjunction with other treatments, such as Chiropractic Care or Massage Therapy, and aims to relieve pain associated with an injury or accident (acute) or long-term musculoskeletal disabilities (chronic). Conditions ranging from an automotive or sports injury all the way to arthritis, TMJ, or other chronic pain can all benefit from these treatments.

The goal of Physiotherapy is to enhance the healing of soft tissue and, in some cases, reduce or eliminate the need for surgery. Compared to the cost of surgical intervention, physiotherapy can save you both time and money on your way to recovery.

Going Beyond the Office

A large part of physiotherapy is education and guidance on activities in your daily life. The Albino Chiropractic Center believes in continuing education for patients to help them recover faster and prevent similar injuries in the future. Part of your visit may include setting up a plan for exercises or stretches to perform at home with the aim of reducing the number of office visits you need to make.
